Oh my gosh–salmon and asparagus is my son’s very favorite meal. We eat it at least once a week. I will need to try it with the Old Bay–we usually use lemon and tamari

I soooo had that “Simple Simon” thing in my head when I saw the title in my reader this morning.

I’m definitely going to try this one. The salmon looks fabulous, and asparagus is hubby’s favorite veggie.
