I ALSO made this one, man I am on a roll here:)

It took me a few more days than expected since I waited for the hubs to just dig the red potatoes from the garden, I hated to buy them when we had them growing.

It was also very good, I did omit the potato chips, this girl has got to show herself in a bathing suit on the beach in about 3wks so you gotta make some sacrafices.

It got 2 thumbs up from me and the hubs-the kids not so much, but don’t feel bad they are weird and super picky. My son doesn’t like mashed potatoes or cheese-I am not sure if he is mine or not:)
