I made this tonight and it was wonderful! The rice was a bit spicy for me, but still great. I made it early on and kept eating it from the pot! I wimped on the jalapeno and only added about half of it in the sauce. It was just so flavorful. It stayed with you in a good way. My husband ate 2 pieces of chicken. Even my toddler ate some of the chicken without the sauce. I am certainly adding this to my recipe book. :) Thanks for tweeting about it. That is how I found out.

My husband and I made this for dinner tonight and WOW! It's fantastic!! My second kiddo said, "The flavors of the chicken and the rice just BURST on my tongue!"

My husband said that he wanted to take the Tomatillo sauce and drink it. Next, he wanted to put it on top of ice cream! He also wanted to know if you wanted a job. ;-)

This recipe is definitely a keeper!!

I saw this (or something pretty similar) in a Cooking Light magazine a couple months ago and wanted to make it. I've never cooked with tomatillos before and my husband and kids will probably freak out about all the green. ;) Oh well, I'm going to have to make it anyway! Looks great!
