My Grandma made something like the Runza’a and called them “beer rocks.” They were delicious. I love that the recipe is kid friendly.

I’d never heard of “Runza’s” before. Sounds classical. LIke rondo or rigaudon. Probably that’s because the experience is so sublime eating it.

Mmmm! There was a restaurant in my college town that made these, but called them ronzas. My husband makes them every now and then (we just use pizza dough) with ground beef, onions, BBQ sauce, bacon and cheese.
