Here’s everything you need to know about Zack Carpinello, including his early life, career, and relationships.
Early Life
Despite being a relatively well-known TV personality, not much is known about Carpinello’s childhood life. We have no information about his parents’ occupation or whether he has siblings. In the mid-to-late 2010s, Zack Carpinello began wrestling for Dynasty Pro Wrestling and All Elite Wrestling (AEW) as an independent contractor under the stage name “Zack Clayton.”
It wasn’t until 2022 that AEW offered a full-time contract, which Carpinello gladly signed.
“Signing a full-time deal is something I’m very excited about,” Carpinello told TV Insider. “I’ve had conversations with them for quite some time. I figured it was coming when I was put on the road every week for about a month or two straight.”
How Did Zack Carpinello and JWoww Meet?
Zack Carpinello and JWoww first met in 2015 at JWoww’s wedding ceremony with her now ex-husband, Roger Mathews.
“One of my best friends didn’t have a date to the wedding, so she brought her brother,” Farley told E! Insider in 2019.
JWoww and Mathew divorced in September 2018 and began dating Carpinello seven months later. Their friendship turned into a relationship when she and Carpinello went on a trip to Disneyland. “Since he’s been part of the inner circle and friends, I was like Sure, why not? And here we are,” Farley said.
Carpinello proposed to JWoww in 2021 and has been his fiancée since.

When asked when they would get married, JWoww explained to E! News that it likely wouldn’t happen in the near future because their relationship “feels easier without paperwork.” She expressed that she wanted her relationship with Carpinello to emulate Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn, who’ve been together for over 40 years but never got officially married.
“I think she got it right,” JWoww said. “Removing that paperwork, it’s like you’re just with each other because you just want to be with each other, and there’s nothing getting in the way of that.”
JWoww also mentioned that she’s grateful for her relationship with Carpinelli, mentioning that he supports her no matter what. “He lets me be me,” she said. “Whatever I am doing, however I’m doing it.”
JWoww even joked that Carpinelli set aside his fear of horror movies to watch her film Devon, and while he didn’t particularly enjoy it, he still told JWoww, “If you love it, I’m going to love it for you.”
Does Zack Carpinello Have Children?
Zack Carpinello doesn’t have biological children but raises his fiancée’s kids—Meilani Alexandra Mathews, born on July 13, 2014, and Greyson Valor Mathews, born on May 5, 2016—like his own. He’s often seen accompanying them to red carpet events and outings, and he posts pictures of them on Instagram.
In 2022, he posted a picture of himself and Grayson with the caption: “HAPPY 6th BIRTHDAY MY BIG BOY!!!!! SO PROUD of the little man he is becoming every day.” He also posted a short video of Grayson training Taekwondo, captioning it with “My man crushed it tonight.”

He’d dressed up in coordinating Harry Potter costumes during Halloween 2022 and snapped several dozen pictures of him and the kids enjoying their family trip in Egypt in 2023.
He calls JWoww and her children his “family” on several occasions and takes every opportunity to talk about them when asked.
Moreover, Carpinello is an ambassador for the nonprofit organization KultureCity, which provides sensory accessibilities and inclusion for people with invisible disabilities.
Among the many reasons he partnered up with KultureCity is due to Greyson having autism and sensory needs. The Grayson Matthews Sensory Room was named after him, following his and Farley’s visit to the Barclays Center in New York City for event-goers.
“To be able to attend events and games knowing there’s a safe space for him, and others with sensory processing disorders, is so monumental to me,” JWoow said.
What Is Zack Carpinello’s Net Worth?
As of 2025, Carpinello’s net worth is believed to be approximately $500,000.
Much of his income stems from his career as a professional wrestler and reality TV personality.
He also earns a sizable amount from his fitness ventures, which include a training program called Prestige Health Systems, as well as various sponsorships in the fitness community.
