Microwave Chocolate Drizzled Caramel Popcorn

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• brown paper bag (you should be able to ask for these at most grocery stores)
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cube butter (1/2 cup)
• 1/4 cup light corn syrup
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 3 bags microwave butter popcorn (generic works great)
• chocolate candy coating
TO MAKE:
• pop 3 bags of microwave popcorn according to directions on package
• pour popcorn into brown paper bag
You make that look so easy and so delicious! My family will love it.

Just a question when u say 1 cube of butter that is one stick right? But then u say 1 cup but 1 stick is 1/2 cup…so is it 1 cup or 1/2 cup?
Sorry Rachel… It’s 1 cube of butter (1/2 cup). I don’t know what I was thinking when I typed that. 😉
